Fleske Commercial Group was honored as an overall winner in the Philanthropic Impact category by the Journal Records Beacon Awards. The award was in recognition of their work for the Dimensions Academy in the Norman Public School system.

FCG was hired to develop a new state of the art facility for Dimensions Academy. After learning more about the program and working closely with the faculty to build a project they loved, the team leaders at FCG fell in the love with the project and the people and wanted to do more to affect change for the program. This desire led FCG to fully furnish a mock apartment for the school to use as a learning center for life skills. They also donated money for the school to furnish their gym and expand their landscaping projects. FCG worked with Dimensions to host their first Beyond Dimensions Exploring Futures Together, a community career day for their high school students. FCG has committed to financially support school programs and our team has committed to help continue to help connect these students to their community.

The award came as a nice surprise but the real rewards are related to the joy that this new school has brought to the student and faculty of the school.
