Eric Fleske, partner and managing broker for Fleske Commercial Group, has over 20 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry and has represented thousands of clients in all facets of the commercial real estate industry. He also holds a double Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) designation in both Office and Industrial product.
Eric has built a solid foundation of clients, both large and small. He has had the pleasure of representing the University of Oklahoma, Old Republic Title, Norman Public Schools, Mid-Del Schools, Lenox Corporation, Subway, Dunkin Donuts, Simple Modern, PT Central, Trans-Tel, La Baguette, Fowler Holding Co., INOK Investments, Hal W. Smith, Ted Moore Companies, Dairy Queen and countless other businesses, professionals, investors and corporations.
His specific strengths are his in-depth knowledge of business and finance and the roles they play in an ever-changing real estate investment and development environment. Eric also excels in innovative negotiations where he works diligently to find the best and most creative path to completing a deal. His skillset and knowledge have led to his successful transition to commercial real estate development and real estate investment management. However, the relationships he has developed throughout the years based on honesty, integrity and respect are the greatest asset he brings to the table in any deal.
Eric is a visionary and people often look to him for his outlook for business and real estate trends, by both public and private organizations. He has served as a Commissioner of the Court for Oklahoma and Cleveland counties and has served as an expert witness for law and CPA firms in Norman and Oklahoma City.
