With a robust background in both private and public sectors, Chad has successfully overseen the development and construction of approximately 100,000+ square feet of medical, retail, and office space throughout the southeast in 2024 alone.

Chad’s education and extensive experience in commercial real estate have provided him with a solid foundation to serve a diverse range of client needs. Having handled hundreds of transactions, Chad excels in guiding and problem-solving throughout the life cycle of an asset. His expertise ensures that each project is tailored to meet the unique investment objectives of his clients.

Professionally, Chad is passionate about helping clients achieve their individual investment goals, whether through equity gain, cash flow, or diversification. He prides himself on his ability to listen and work hard to source appropriate products that align with clients' needs and timelines. Personally, Chad is deeply committed to his faith and family. He enjoys traveling, outdoor activities, and watching sports with his wife and two sons. He recently joined the Board of Kingdom Water, an organization dedicated to delivering clean water to Kenya, reflecting his commitment to making a positive impact beyond his professional life.
